30 plus years’ Financial Services experience, having worked for NatWest Financial and Investment Services, Coutts & Co, RBS Asset Management and Aberdeen Asset Management.
Keith started his career with NatWest in 1987 and for 10 years he held various positions, dealing with all aspects of Trust, Estate and Investment work. This provided him with a firm grounding and interest in dealing with complex Trust and Estate work on behalf of high net worth clients.
Keith’s career progressed with senior roles, held at NatWest Private Banking Corporate Unit, NatWest Investments and Coutts & Co, where he was responsible for dealing with Corporate Investment clients, before joining a specialist support team tasked with handling complex issues and regulatory projects across the NatWest Investment Services branch network, and then as Senior Project Analyst at Coutts & Co, within the Change Management Team.
In 2003, Keith joined the Alternative Operations team at Coutts & Co, and thereafter moved with the team to RBS Asset Management and Aberdeen Asset Manager through acquisitions. Keith was promoted to Head of Operational Due Diligence in 2007 and was in charge of all aspects of both the hedge fund operations team with overall responsibility for operational due diligence across the Aberdeen Asset Management alternatives range (hedge funds, private equity, real estate multi-manager and venture capital). Keith’s team were based in London and New York and he was a voting member on numerous Investment and Operational committees, often with the right of veto.
In late 2018, Keith co-founded Will Instructions Ltd with long term colleague Neil Monet and his wife Christina Monet, providing Estate Planning services to clients.
