In a friendly, no cost and no obligation meeting, we will guide you through all aspects of the process of preparing your Will at a time and place convenient to you. Appropriate advice will be provided, ensuring due consideration is given to even the most complicated of wishes and outcomes and the distribution of your assets is exactly as you wish. At the end of the process, customers are presented with a professionally bound legal Will ready for execution. We provide full support ensuring the Will is executed and witnessed correctly.
Will Instructions Ltd provide a comprehensive LPA application service. We will explain the different types of LPA and the options available to you. We will then deal with all aspect of completing and registering your LPAs with the Office of the Public Guardian (“OPG”). Our service includes drafting the LPAs per your wishes, acting as the Certificate Provider and witness, liaising with Attorneys and finally, registering the completed LPAs with the OPG.
As part of the Will preparation process, we ensure appropriate Inheritance Tax (“IHT”) advice is provided ensuring that you are fully aware of the extent of your estate and allowances available. We will discuss your assets and their value at the initial consultation meeting helping you to fully understand the value of your estate, how the assets will potentially be taxed and option available to you.
Will Instructions Ltd provide a complete Probate Hand Holding and Estate Administration Support Service. Being appointed as Executor can be onerous and time consuming as well as stressful when grieving. Our Service is completely bespoke in nature and designed specifically to provide the support you need to complete the management of the estate through to distribution of assets to the beneficiaries. Ultimately you would remain as Executor with Will Instructions Ltd standing behind you providing guidance and full administration support throughout the process.
